Hi doctor,

I am a single man not married yet, and my beard is turning white. Will white beard turn black if I use medicine or lotion? Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Do not worry. Whitening of hair and beard is caused by deficiency of vitamins and minerals, lack of exercise, proper sleep, and excess masturbation, and it can be hereditary. Only medications will not work. Wake up early, go for a regular morning walk till good sweating. Do yoga and pranayama regularly. Avoid masturbation. Take dates, beetroot, jaggery, and green leafy vegetables regularly. Take dry fruits regularly. Apply aloe vera fresh pulp 30 minutes before bath. Take Acidum Phosphoricum 30, four drops three times a day, and tablet VB7 (multivitamins) hair once per day for 12 weeks. Apply good quality herbal hair oil in the evening daily for a few months.

I hope this information will help.

Thanks.
