Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Hair loss is caused by multiple factors most commonly due to genetic factors where, in case any of your parents and their blood relatives have FPHL (female pattern hair loss) it is most likely to be genetically transmitted, other reasons include vitamin deficiencies, zinc and iron deficiencies, climatic factors, hormonal imbalances, dietary changes, and lifestyle factors including use of commercial oils, shampoos, hair smoothening or straightening products, and due to frequent coloring of hair with strong products. Stressful events like chicken pox, COVID-19 or any infections, and surgical history, all lead to extreme hair loss. I would suggest Take tablet Follihair [Biotin (10 mg), Iron (8 mg), and Niacinamide (50 mg)] once daily after food for two months at night. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medications with their consent. Ega scalp hair tonic (Petrolatum and Soybean Oil) may be used on your scalp. Apply and massage twice daily after cleaning and drying your scalp. Blood tests: CBC (complete blood count), serum ferritin, serum iron, serum zinc, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, and thyroid function tests. These blood tests will help rule out any deficiencies following which the medications may be started. The blood tests should be taken before starting the above-mentioned tablet since it may show changes in the actual result. In case of dandruff or seborrheic dermatitis, Ketoconazle plus lotion twice a week may be used, diluted in a 1:1 ratio with water, apply it, massage, and leave for three to five minutes and wash off. Make sure to have a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, and green leafy vegetables. Consume enough water daily. PRP (platelet-rich plasma) mesotherapy procedures for the scalp where plasma rich in platelets would be extracted from a small amount of blood drawn from your vein and is injected superficially into your scalp every 15 days if done along with mesotherapy which is a vitamin injection done similar to PRP treatments for one month and done in sessions of six. For the procedure, direct consultation with a dermatologist is advised. It will help with hair growth and reduce hair fall. Avoid stress and consider the above-mentioned procedures for boosting hair growth. Depending on the severity of hair fall, the doctor might also prescribe you Minoxidil solutions of the smallest dosage which is not to be stopped abruptly. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medications with their consent. Kindly consult a dermatologist in person for understanding the pattern of application of the medication if prescribed which is only a medication used in case of severe hair loss with scalp visibility. Kindly review the results after seven days following which I may be able to prescribe medications depending on the results. Thank you.
