Hairloss around the temples and the top of the head is a male pattern of hair loss. Other associated causes could be insufficient protein intake, aging, iron deficiency, hairstyles and treatment, hair procedures like coloring or rough handling, stress, and autoimmune cause. Apply Minoxidil 5 % (Propylene glycol 500 mg/ml and Ethanol 300 mg/ml) solution 1 ml twice daily in the morning and evening for three months. Take capsule Perfectil plus (Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids, Lutein, Co-enzyme Q10, and Lycopene) twice daily after food for 30 days. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them and take medications with their consent. Eat oranges, avocados, carrots, yogurt, sweet potatoes, salmon, spinach, green leafy vegetables, eggs, chicken, onions, nuts, and fortified cereals. Drink adequate water. Have green tea. Avoid caffeine, tea, and soda. Eliminate stress. Massage the scalp with Alovera gel or onion juice extract (as a home remedy). Quit smoking if you smoke. I hope this helps you.
