Hello doctor,
I have hair fall issues and noticed hairline baldness. I have had dandruff since childhood and had dandruff issues on my eyebrows and mustache. I also have thick flakes on my hairline.

You are suffering from sebopsoriasis, it is an autoimmune disorder and is aggravated by dryness. At present, I would advise you to use Halobetasol Propionate and Salicylic Acidonce shampoo daily along with Clobetasol shampoo twice weekly. Yes, hair thinning is present, but I would not ask you to use Minoxidil because once you have started it you cannot stop it. So if you are experiencing such kind of hair thinning which is progressive then I would advise you to use Minoxidil 5 % lotion twice daily.
