Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My mother is ill for three days. She suffers from a headache and it hurts her very badly. She also has dizziness. Kindly give me a good solution for this issue.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Headache can occur due to various reasons. It is necessary to check her blood pressure and eyesight first. If any one of these is abnormal, then it is necessary to treat them accordingly. If she has a migraine headache, then she can take tablet Naxdom 500 (Naproxen with Domperidone) once or twice a day. If it is severe, she can take tablet Headset (Sumatriptan with Naproxen) once or twice a day if she does not have a history of heart disease. If her problem gets relieved, then it is necessary to rule out the cause of migraines and their triggering agents. Headache can also occur due to stress, noise, sunlight, and an empty stomach. So she needs to avoid these triggering agents. If she gets headaches often, then she needs to take regular medication to treat them. If her headache occurs due to cold and seasonal changes, then she can take tablet Paracetamol 625 mg three times a day and it will get settled in a day or two. Have a follow-up after three days to know her health condition.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
