Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. Since you have been trying for the past two years so I think we should get a basic workup for infertility. I would like to know some details

  1. Your last period date, cycle length, and duration.
  2. Any other relevant past history of any chronic disease?

There are 3 basic requirements for a successful pregnancy.

  1. Ovulation.
  2. Healthy fallopian tube
  3. Good sperm count and quality.

So I would like you to get these tests:

  1. Get serum LH (luteinizing hormone), serum FSH (follicular stimulating hormone), serum prolactin serum TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone) on day 2 of periods.
  2. AMH (anti-mullerian hormone).
  3. Ultrasound pelvis for follicular monitoring.
  4. If these are normal then you can get a tubal patency test.
  5. It is normal for semen to come out after liquefaction so you need not worry about that. Sperm that are healthy can swim up the reproductive tract.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
