1. Drinking excessive alcohol. It can adversely affect liver and pancreas health. It may lead to problems like liver cirrhosis, diabetes, etc. in the future.

2. Smoking, it not only affects the lungs severely but also harms oral health, gut health, and also affects sexual health.

3. Eating excessive deep-fried food and processed food. It can lead to weight gain and other health issues.

4. Do not take proper sleep. Sleep deprivation may lead to many health issues in the future.

5. Not doing exercise. Exercise is the key healthy to the body. Skipping exercise can cause physical issues and also psychological issues.

6. Avoid mental health issues. Mental health should be given equal importance, like physical health issues.
