Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a skinny person with abdominal fat, trying to get a flat tummy. I am trying to figure out the right macros to eat, but there is so much conflicting advice online. I am "skinny fat" because all my fat just goes to my stomach, and I have small, skinny legs, which I am also trying to build with weight and resistance training. I have decided to try 30% carbohydrates, 35% fat, and 48% protein. Does this sound like a healthy option? Please tell me if fewer carbohydrates will give me better results.

8. Use less oil during cooking (try to use rice bran oil).
