Hello doctor,

I am 23 years old and 5.2 feet tall. I want to increase my height. Is it possible to grow at this age? Please recommend some medication.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern.

As you are already 23 years old, your bones have already fused, so there is not much chance for extra height. However, alternative medicine and yoga could add a few inches to your height. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Do regular stretching exercises and yoga.
  2. Take supplements such as cyanobacteria (blue-green algae).
  3. Take adequate protein.
  4. Do not take hormonal supplements as they mess up your body's endocrine system and destabilize it.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
