I am a 22-year-old girl. I want to increase my height. My height is now 5.1 inches but I want to increase it to 5.5 inches.
I tried ashwagandha with cow's milk but my BP has been low because of taking it. So please suggest a medication that will increase my height. Please help.

Growth and development of the body mostly depend on the growth hormone, which is secreted by the pituitary gland.
