Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I masturbated four times in one day, and after the last time, I went to pee, and it was blood red with a blood clot at the end. I drank some more water and peed a second time, and it was still blood red at the start with more small blood clots. Then it cleared up towards the end of my pee. This is the first time I am getting this. I am not under any medication. Kindly give your opinion.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

This is gross hematuria, and causes can be congestion, inflammation, infection, or cancer. In your case, it is likely to be congestion of the prostate as you masturbated twice. But investigations should be done completely. Investigations include urine analysis, urine culture, urine for cytology (three samples), ultrasound KUB (kidney, ureter, and bladder), and flexible cystoscopy. Please follow up after investigations.

If you have any more queries, please do not hesitate to ask.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you.

I masturbated four times in one day. My urine has completely cleared up now, so should I still be worried? Also, is this something that could heal on its own? Kindly guide me.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You are a young person, and I am not expecting cancers. You also have no infection symptoms. Congestion is the main cause in you. Just avoid masturbating for at least one week. It will resolve on its own.

I hope this was helpful.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
