Hi doctor,
I had an annual health checkup. Are the elevated levels of cholesterol, triglycerides, urine tests, and high ESR in the reports cause of concern? Also, are there any other abnormalities in the reports?

I have reviewed your test results. There are some abnormal values in your reports. However, the significance of these values depends on the presence of symptoms. Your ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), triglycerides and cholesterol levels are borderline high; you can repeat the test in two months if you are asymptomatic. Is it true that, as far as you know, nothing is very high, but a few are borderline, like cholesterol, triglyceride, and ESR, which should be repeated after 3- 5 months? Also, what about RBCs? Is blood sugar pre-fasting also borderline and acceptable?
