Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

Your mother has already undergone dialysis. It means she might probably suffering from chronic kidney disease. Serum creatinine of 7 mg/dL cannot be managed with medical treatment alone, you should go for dialysis on an urgent basis. It leads to a raise in serum potassium levels if not taken to dialysis which is fatal at times due to cardiac arrhythmias. Monitor the creatinine and potassium levels and take her to dialysis.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
