Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My hips have ached like hell for these two months. I did not fall, but I guess this could be due to menopause. I am 55-year-old and had my menopause in my 54 years. Slowly I happened to experience this. Can I use joint pain relief oils for this? Previously I bought it for my knee pain. Now, since this is hip, I am much worried and fear whether it would have been fractured due to weak bones. I hope I can take calcium supplements. Please, suggest me some supplements.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for writing, and I understand your concern. But, no, there will be no fracture; it can be due to calcium deficiency after menopause, so do not worry. Yes, you can use pain relief oil with no problem at all. I suggest taking a tablet of Calcium with Vitamin D3 one tablet before sleeping for 30 days.

Can you please tell me which oil you have? If not, I will recommend you.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
