I developed right lower pelvic pain and was asked to do an ultrasound and diagnosed with the presence of hydrosalpinx 10 months ago and took antibiotic for two weeks. From then on I am suffering from right lower pelvic pain that pulls my veins till knee. It begins paining 10 days before my menstrual cycle, and I live with pain for two weeks a month until my period gets over. My period lasts for 8 to 9 days. Found with the bulky uterus and several small uterine fibroids also. I would be grateful if you suggest me some treatment that will bring back my regular life. My age is 37. I have two kids. Both are C-section babies.
