Hi

Welcome to iCliniq.com.

First of all you need to control your thyroid function so that the thyroid hormone levels should be stable. When the thyroid hormone levels increase you will lose weight. I don’t know why you are taking Inderal (Propranolol)? It is given initially to control symptoms because Carbimazole takes three weeks to stop symptoms but then it’s stopped until unless there’s some other reason to continue. If you want to lose weight as it’s now more you need to take low carbohydrates diet with no added sugars and do exercise which can be at least walk for one hour daily. You can go for intermittent fasting. Take more water and at least 7-8 hours good sleep.

Thanks

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
