Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I feel tired and constant diligence and coldness in the limbs with tingling in the fingers and legs. I am not diabetic and sick of high blood pressure and cholesterol. And I have a chronic nose allergy, dry skin, and eye and am tired myself not to know the causes. What are the causes and treatment of my problem?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

All these symptoms can be associated with hypertension only. So if we control blood pressure and cholesterol, then everything will become normal. Do not worry. Another reason for weakness can be due to vitamin deficiencies, so we have to rule out that.

Please tell me, what is your blood pressure? And what medicine are you taking for it? And the dosage of your BP medicine? Please reply so that I can fix the dosage accordingly. Since when do you have cold and tiredness? Do you have a fever or sore throats?

Take tablet Sinarest (Paracetamol, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, and Chlorpheniramine maleate) 500 mg twice a day after meal for three days. It will help with cold and body ache.

Please send me your recent blood reports.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I take tablet Indapamide 1.5 mg, Perindopril Arginine tablet 5 mg, and Rosuvastatin 10 mg.

I do not have a fever or sore throat. Usually, the average of my blood pressure every month is 134/80. Sometimes when I am tired, it rises to 144/89. I will upload my blood test in the next step.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have gone through your reports (attachment removed to protect patient identity), and it is normal, so nothing to worry about. Just continue your medicine as it is and maintain your BP. Do not stress yourself.

Take tablet Sinarest 500 mg as I prescribed for three days. And also, please take tablet Zinolvita once a day for 15 days, and everything will be fine.

Let me know after three days. If you develop any other symptoms, you can message me anytime.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
