Hi doctor,
My age is 22. I poop four times every day. Sometime, it increases to five or six. I feel bad with this issue. Kindly provide a solution. Thanks in advance.

There are few things that you need to note. Frequent bowel clearance can also occur because of an allergy to some dietary substances such as milk products. I advise you to eat healthy food, including fruits and vegetables in the diet. Exercise for 30 minutes a day. Have a good sleep of 7 to 8 hours. There is an excellent medicine in Ayurveda for this issue Hingwashtak Churna (Shunthi, Marich, Pippali). Take one tsp and mix it with 4 tsp of lukewarm water and consume it during meals or after meals, twice a day.
