Hi doctor,
I am a 23-year-old female, not married, and have never had sexual intercourse. I have been spotting or bleeding for seven to ten days with clots, ten days after my regular period for two months, but I always had my period within 26 to 27 days. I got myself tested with ultrasound and hormonal blood tests, but everything is fine. My doctor prescribed me contraceptive pills, but I want to cure it naturally, so I need to know what other reasons there can be. I do not have any pain.
The doctor did not tell me any other reason why it might be happening because my test reports were fine except for my hemoglobin being low. I am open to treating myself with alternative herbs and diets rather than synthetic hormones. I got my pelvic ultrasound test which was all fine, and my blood test report was also fine except for 10.4 g/dl hemoglobin; my thyroid test was also fine.

You may need antibiotics, analgesics, and antihistamines along with douching of the vagina with an antiseptic solution and vaginal pessary (no hormones). This will help narrow down your problem. In addition, I would advise you to take iron supplements and vitamins.
