Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been trying to conceive for the last year but have not gotten it. My periods are irregular. I have taken hormonal therapy but with no success. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I would need more information regarding your hormonal levels, scan, blood tests, and whole medical history.

I suggest

1. Have complete treatment for any health issue you have.

2. Have a balanced diet, weight, and BMI (body mass index).

3. You can get help from a gym instructor to reduce weight.

4. Daily walk, yoga, and exercise.

5. Consume less salt, sugar, oil, and spice in your diet. Healthy diet, plenty of fruits and vegetables.

6. Send me all reports recently done, including scan for ovaries, FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone), TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone), prolactin, testosterone, and insulin on second day of periods. Also, mention whole detailed medical and menstrual history as well.

Revert with the reports.

I hope you find it helpful.

Kind regards.

The Probable causes

The probable cause is hormonal imbalance.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
