Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

Continuous bleeding must be treated, but it would be better if you sent me a detailed history of your gynecological, obstetrics, medical, and drug. I suggest you take a tablet of Mefenamic acid and Tranexamic acid 500 mg 8 hours for three days. I recommend getting a complete blood count, thyroid function test, cervical smear, high vaginal swab, transvaginal scan, and local examination, better hysteroscopic to rule out any local causes. Then, take oral contraceptive pills of low-dose estrogen for three months to regulate your cycles.

If you experience symptoms or heavy bleeding flow, you can take the medications mentioned above from day two to day five or more. In addition, take iron supplements with a healthy, nutritious diet and daily walks with recreational activities. Consult a specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take the medication with consent.

Please follow up for further assistance.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
