Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have itching especially during night while sleeping on the two wrists. When you touch, it is a little hard. It is not spreading across the body. On the left arm above the wrist, there is just one boil and on the right wrist, there are two boils. The right ones are itchy but not as much as the left one. I am observing them for the last two days.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It is going in favor of scabies. Use Permethrin 5 % lotion once weekly for two weeks. Tablet Iverscab (Ivermectin), 12 mg once weekly for three weeks. Tablet Teczin M (Levocetirizine and Montelukast) twice daily for 25 days.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

Yesterday I ate Ivermectol 12 mg tablet in the night and I am asked to take that tablet again after 10 days. I am using MFSUDIF cream for local application. Will this help or should I switch to the medicines which you just suggested?

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Just switch to medicine I have prescribed. Also, you have to apply Permethrin 50 ml at night over whole body, followed by bath next day morning along with washing all clothes in hot water.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
