Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

In most females above the age of 30 years, muscle and joint pains are a common problem. It is important to know the cause of the pain and then treat it. Treating the pain with only painkillers will not provide any relief, as in your case. The main cause of your joint pain (most likely) is a deficiency of calcium and vitamin D3 in your body. Which will eventually cause osteoporosis in the near future. I would recommend getting the levels of serum calcium & D3 tested and starting supplements for calcium and D3 at the earliest. Also, please adopt a daily physical activity schedule to strengthen your muscles, eventually strengthening your bones and joints.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
