Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I used to play sports. Now after a gap, I started walking and later doing some fitness workouts daily. During walking my muscle below the knee is getting more strained and paining (issue only for right leg). Please give me a right solution.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your concern.

I feel you should do proper warming up and stretch before doing the activity. This will definitely reduce your tightness, pain, and discomfort. Do some basic stretch and strengthening and use good footwear. Apply ice on the painful area frequently. Get an iced bottle and roll your leg on top of it for a while say for 10 minutes.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
