Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I used to masturbate for some reason between the age of 13 to 21 years old, and I had the pleasure. Now I am 28 years old and got married. I lose that pleasure when I have intercourse. I checked my testosterone, other hormones, and vitamins, and all were fine. What could be the reason? Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

As per your history, I suggest you give a break from masturbation for a while, around one to two months, and after that, you can continue having sex but not masturbation. I also suggest:

1. Do some activities like running and cycling to keep the energy levels going.

2. Keep your mind clear or, in other words, occupied with some work.

Things will improve with these.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
