Larva migrans is a parasitic disease where the migration of immature worms occurs in various body parts. Several worm species can be involved, and migration occurs in three forms. First, when the worms migrate through the host's skin, it is called cutaneous larva migrans. If worms migrate through the host's internal organs, it is called the visceral larva migrans. Finally, when these worm larvae invade the eyes of the host, it is known as ocular larva migrans. Oral Albendazole, Oral Ivermectin, or topical Ivermectin is the usual treatment prescribed for this disease.
