Patient's Query

Hello,

I have been suffering left arm muscle pain for the last 10 days. I watched tv for two to three hours daily while lying down on my left side. Movement in the left arm is perfect, but slight pain is there, and the muscle gets exhausted soon. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern. I am sorry to read about your problem and hope to help you. It looks like your shoulder muscle was injured when you were watching TV while lying in the lateral position. I would suggest you-

1. You must give rest to your arms for three to four days and then start a gradual movement.

2. You can apply Diclofenac gel locally twice a day.

You will get better.

Thank you.

Treatment plan

Diclofenac gel application twice a day.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
