Hello doctor,
I went to the doctor with four episodes of chest pain, each lasting under a minute. The pain radiated into my left arm. The doctor ordered an ECG. There was no breathlessness, except during exercise. Could you please review and provide feedback on a recent ECG?

Significant findings in the ECG (electrocardiogram) include early repolarization in leads V5 and V6, which is a normal finding at your age. There is a deep S wave in lead V3, which may suggest left ventricular hypertrophy (based on Cornell voltage criteria). However, there are no other changes in the ECG to suggest LVH, and a deep S wave can sometimes be seen normally in young people. You can consider getting an echocardiogram to rule out any doubts regarding LVH (left ventricular hypertrophy).
