Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have had severe body and bone pain for the past few months. I have headaches, sore eyes, tiredness, and ringing ears. I got a complete blood test, and my results are normal. I am worried if these are cancer symptoms or what else could be causing my pain?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Fatigue, sore eyes, tiredness can be the symptoms of anemia, vitamin deficiencies, stressful life, lack of sleep, excessive anxiety, etc., and not necessarily of cancer. Since you mentioned that your blood reports had come back normal, it is certainly not due to anemia or vitamin deficiencies, and lifestyle changes help a lot to get rid of these symptoms; I suggest you to

1)Stay away from stress,

2)Get proper sleep for eight hours every day,

3)Do some physical activities,

4)Quit habits like smoking and drinking, if any,

Even after following all this, if these symptoms persist, then further investigations should be done. But I assure you that these symptoms do not represent cancer, and it remains the last possibility. Do not worry; you will be completely fine once these lifestyle changes are followed.

I hope this helps.
