Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 40-year-old male and had COVID-19 for the first time two years ago. I got the Omicron variant a year later. My hemoglobin level was also less, so the doctor said I could have a stroke. I also have major testosterone issues. I have to get shots every two weeks. I had my blood test four weeks ago, and my hemoglobin was 16 g per dL. Last week, I underwent a blood test, and my hemoglobin was 17 g per dL. I feel horrible. My testosterone levels are 146 ng per dL. I cannot sit still due to the long COVID symptoms. I sleep a lot sometimes. I have to make myself get up. I do not have any energy. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The general principle is that if you do not use your muscles, they become weak, and atrophy. I suggest you break tasks into pieces and rest when you feel breathless. Frequent short rests are better than continuous resting. Try to increase your physical activities and go for short walks. If you increase physical activities-, endorphins are produced, which improve mood. I suggest you have more fruits and boiled vegetables as they provide antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
