Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

So I am experiencing a loss of sensitivity in my penis. I still get erections but it takes way to much effort. I mainly just get them at night. I have no conditions that I know of and I am 24 years old.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have some questions. Do you smoke or drink? Are you diabetic? If not still get your RBS done (blood test). What about your blood pressure? Any sleep disorders? Any previous surgeries? Your cholesterol and testosterone level? Any other mental illness such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship problems? Kindly let me know the answers to the above questions.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

So I do not smoke at all. I drink on weekends a good amount. I am not diabetic but I will get my blood work done this week. Is this an urgent matter? I have an appointment for the work to be done on Friday. Is that quick enough? I do not have any sleeping disorders although my quality of sleep last week has been poor (waking up every hour or so). And I have always had normal BP and I do not have a mental disorder. Regarding my relationship problems, I ended a relationship a few months ago but this started a month or two after that I think.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Do not worry you will be alright. I will like to start you on tablet Tadalafil 5 mg (on demand) 4 hours before intercourse at present. Not starting on regular medication as not required at present. Take proper rest and sleep. You will be alright. Keep informed of your blood sugar levels. Try to limit your weekend drinks to not more than 4 to 6 fluid ounces.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
