Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am an adult male working in a restaurant. Because of my low immunity, I often take leave from my work. Unfortunately, my boss fires me each time I ask for leave. How can I know if I am immunocompromised? What are the signs and symptoms? How to increase immunity as I fall sick regularly? Kindly help me find a solution.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you take multivitamin supplements and add protein to your diet to improve your immunity. Also, I suggest you exercise regularly and should reduce your weight. I hope this has helped you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
