Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am 19 years of age, male; I would like to get rid of my sexual desires since they conflict with my usual self, my sexual desires. I had to go so far as to say it is not me when I am aroused. When I am no longer aroused, I feel sick and disgusted. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

You can get out of your sexual desire by following methods:

1. First of all, strongly think you would get rid of these desires so your brain will gradually stop these thoughts.

2. Whenever you have this desire, just try to change your mindset by listening to music, reading, coming out of the room and mixing with other people, and starting to see the action-packed movie.

3. Try to avoid those peoples who have this type of desire.

4. Avoid seeing movies in which sexual pleasure is seen, like kissing, or showing intimacy, porn movies.

5. Try meditation when you get up in the morning. Just pass on these thoughts that you are not interested in sex same thoughts you should pass when going to bed.

I hope you find it helpful.

Kind regards.
