Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 20 years old. I am studying in college. I have a habit of masturbation for about five years. Two months ago I got low sexual desire. After few days I got erection dysfunction. But I am able to achieve erection on rubbing my penis, but it does not stay and it goes away. I do not have pleasure when I masturbate. I hate to masturbate. Nowadays I have no sex interest. Ejaculation is not pleasurable. Please help me with this problem. I do not have any bad habit. I am fit and I sleep well, but I masturbate twice a day. Now a days my penis is not raising when I see a girl. Please suggest recovery. And I attach a picture below to know whether my penis looks normal.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have seen the pictures. (attachment removed to protect patient identity). From your account it is clear that you do have an erection, but it last for a shorter duration only. However, a decreased sexual interest and pleasure can be because of multiple reasons, common among them is stress and anxiety. Stress or anxiety can lead to reduced sexual performance as well as reduced penile erections. I will suggest you to not to be too worried about it and give your body some time to relax. Apart from that masturbation does not cause any harm to your sexuality. And the shape and anatomy of your penis seem to be completely adequate.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
