Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 39-year-old male, and for the past six months, when I ejaculate, there is very little pleasure and hardly any semen. I am too young for this. Please help me.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

If you are talking about the pressure by which you ejaculate, it does not matter as far as your erection is proper and you ejaculate well with good volume. However, if you think there is a loss of sexual desire, then get your hormones tested as with age, it keeps decreasing.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

The pleasure feeling is the problem. It does not feel super good anymore when I finish, and I just finish without the pleasure.

Kindly advise what I should do?

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It is better to get your hormones tested. Test for total testosterone, LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), and Prolactin levels.

Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
