Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Addiction can cause fantasy effects. You can help in reducing the effects by the following means;

1. Give sex education.

2. Motivate for practicing physical exercises.

3. Sleep adjustment pattern.

4. Quality sleep is essential.

5. Follow a healthy and balanced diet.

6. Programming for leisure time.

7. Development of spirituality.

8. Taking a cold bath can help.

Additionally, please share more details regarding problems with intercourse - low interest in sex erection issues or early ejaculation; so I can help you with medication.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Thanks for your suggestion.

He has a low interest in sex erection. He does not like having sexual intercourse. He has difficulty in ejaculating, and so he never ejaculates even we have sex.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Low Libido can be because of many reasons.

1. Infections – It can be due to urine infection. We can get a complete urine test and an ultrasound of the pelvis to diagnose the cause.

2. Diabetes, hypertension – Make sure blood pressure and blood sugar is under control. If already on medication, kindly share the medication name.

3. Hormonal disturbances- Low testosterone, low levels of thyroid, high levels of prolactin can be a reason. Get tested for TFT (thyroid function tests), Prolactin and testosterone levels.

4. Obesity - You may plan for regular exercise and yoga.

5. High cholesterol – Check for lipid profile and plan for regular exercise.

6. Chronic disease or on any chronic medication – Kindly share details.

7. Anxiety can also cause libido issues.

It will help if you get a USG (ultrasound) pelvis to rule out pelvis infection. Kindly share more details regarding the above reason so that we can work on the cause and treatment. I suggest taking the tablet Mildfil (Tadalafil) 5 mg twice daily as a temporary solution.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
