Hello doctor,
I have pelvic lymphadenopathy. My third scan and biopsy reports do not detect any growth or cancer. However, a one-millimeter lung nodule was detected. My doctor has suggested it is an infection. For your reference, I am attaching my pelvic CT scan report showing the lung nodule.

I understand your concern. I have seen the reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). The reports do not show any neoplastic lung nodules. However, tiny nodules can occur due to infections that resolve with time. So you need not worry about this. If you have symptoms or discomfort, repeat a chest X-ray or a routine ultrasound to scan the lymph nodes. This is good enough to evaluate your condition.
