As per reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity), it appears to be mastitis with reactive lymph node enlargement.

In the last scan, the mastitis had healed, and just a few enlarged lymph nodes remained without any major anomaly.

You have taken three rounds of empirical antibiotics with Augmentin, Clarithromycin, and Monocef, but strength and dosages are not mentioned. It would have been better if the treating doctor's prescriptions and records had been shared. However, since this is a second opinion, this is necessary.

You may or may not need another antibiotic regimen to clear the remaining infection. Also, in case of breast swelling in adult women, it would be ideal to get it checked by a local gynecologist, mammography, and a chest and abdomen CT scan if needed.
