Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am having nightfalls. I have it while sleeping, on changing sides, and while lying straight. Is it due to puberty? I am really anxious about it. I search online regarding this a week back. Something came on it and I watched it. After that, I was having something after dribbling urine. I want to regret it. I use to do masturbation six to seven times before three months. Now I have quit it. It makes me so stressed. Will it affect my growth? Will it cause any physical or mental problems?
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Ejaculation occurs normally in teenagers when watching porn or naked pictures of girls. When you see it, neurohormonal changes occur. It increases the flow of blood to the penis resulting in erection followed by ejaculation. This is a normal physiological phenomenon. There is nothing to be worried. I can assure you that there is no problem with you. Frequent masturbation leads to addiction and psychological problems. As you have stopped doing masturbation already, then your problem is solved. It will not cause any physical or mental problems later. You are anxious and worried unnecessarily. For having a general health checkup, some tests are advised. Do it and have a follow-up with your results.
