Hello doctor,

I am 24 years old and have been masturbating for the past seven years, sometimes once or twice a day, and can quit for a day, week, or even a month. I have never felt any weakness or tiredness after masturbating and get very good erections whenever I masturbate, as well as night erections. However, yesterday I watched a video on the internet, and I am very stressed out because he says masturbation can damage your penis. Also, I masturbate very gently. Please help.
