Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have done masturbation from age 15 twice or thrice a week, and now I feel some weakness. I feel tired, stressed, and so on. I have a doubt in my mind about whether I can satisfy my partner or not. Please suggest some drugs for better sexual health and overcoming weaknesses. I tested urine in the lab, and they reported albumin in the urine.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. First of all, I would like to tell you that masturbation is a safe and healthy habit. Masturbation does not cause any weakness in the body. It does not result in any serious effects on physical, mental, or reproductive health. So no need to worry. Most humans do masturbation, so do not keep any doubts in your mind. You will be able to satisfy your partner. For tiredness or physical weakness, take multivitamin supplements for about 2 to 3 months. Take good multivitamin drugs like Supradyn (Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Zinc) or Zevit (Zinc, Vitamin B complex, and Vitamin C) after consulting with a specialist and with their consent. There is no need to take any drugs for sexual health. But if you still want to, you can take herbal medicines like Tentex forte (Ashwagandha and Shilajeet), which is safe to use and will maintain your sexual health. Traces of albumin are found normally in urine. No need to worry about that. Remain relaxed as this has nothing to do with masturbation.

Thank you.
