Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been facing a lot of masturbation problems even after my marriage, so much that I did not have sex with my wife for nearly four months now. I am really worried. Need urgent help

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please clarify the following

1. Are you unable to stop masturbation?

2. You did not have sex due to an erection problem?

3. Do you suffer from any chronic diseases like diabetes, anemia, etc.

The details will help in evaluating the problem correctly.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have reduced it a lot. Like from 20 times a month, I have brought it done down to 5 to 6 times. I do not know why, but I cannot get the erection, and I am suffering from fatty liver and a family history of diabetes.

1. Increase physical activity- brisk walking daily for 45 minutes.

2. Exposure to sunlight for 10 minutes daily.

3. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables.

4. Eat pomegranate seeds 100 grams daily.

Get the following tests done:

1.Fasting blood glucose, HbA1C.

2.Hemoglobin,CBC (complete blood count),CRP (c-reactive protein).

3.TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone).

4.Serum albumin, ALT (alanine transaminase), AST (aspartate aminotransferase), GGT (gamma-glutamyl transferase).
