Patient's Query

Hi,

I am 18-year-old and weigh around 55 kg. I am suffering from the side effects of masturbation. I was addicted for about three years, but after I quit doing it, nightfall occurs at night every three to four days. As a result, I feel weak and stressed, and I am afraid of low performance. I have tried Shilajit and some other ayurvedic medicines in the past. Currently I am not under any medication. Please help me, doctor.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understand your concern.

I am sorry to learn about your masturbation addiction and its terrible consequences. Unfortunately, you are suffering from a severe psycho-sexual disorder with masturbation addiction. However, you will understand that this must be treated to save your nervous system, brain function, and senses.

I will suggest you some strong medicines to overcome this problem.

1. Dutasteride tablets 0.5 mg per day.

2. Transdermal patches of 17-beta-Estradiol (17-beta-isomer of Estradiol) 100 micrograms or 0.1 mg. One new patch must be used every second day.

3. Clomipramine 50 mg per day. I suggest taking this for five years and then taper down the doses by 10 % per month.

4. Valium (Diazepam) 5 mg per day for a maximum of 10 days at the beginning of the therapy.

You will feel tired in the first 21 days, but the side effects will eventually disappear.

I also suggest you have a complete physical and laboratory examination every six to twelve months.

Stay in touch with me. A weekly follow-up is essential.

Thank you.

Probable diagnosis
