Avoid Nasal Bleeds

Nasal bleeds can be avoided by keeping the inside of the nose moist. So to keep the nose moist, the saline nasal spray can be used every two to three hours when awake. Smoking should be avoided as smoking can irritate the inside of the nose and can dry it. Blowing or rubbing the nose too hard should also be avoided.
