Cold Compresses

About "Cold Compresses"

Any chilled object or material like an ice pack or a cold wet cloth used to relieve pain and inflammation is called a cold compress. It helps in reducing pain during minor injuries, fevers, headaches, eye pain, and allergies. Cold compresses should not be given for more than 20 minutes at a time.
