Foot massage helps improve the blood circulation, stimulates the muscles, reduces the pain and relieves pain. It can be done at home by sitting comfortably on a chair. Bend the left leg and rest left foot gently on the right thigh. Gently rub the foot and massage with an oil on entire foot. Give a deep massage. Press the knuckles of the right hand into the left foot. Knead the foot or work the skin and muscle by holding the foot with both hands and pressing the thumbs into the skin. Gently pull the toe back and forth stretching the muscles.
