Ns1 Antigen Test

NS1 antigen is called nonstructural protein 1, and the presence of this antigen is used to diagnose dengue fever. NS1 is commonly detected in people infected with dengue, and it is detected initially after the infection, even before the appearance of IgM antibodies. This protein is detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
