Spf

SPF stands for sun protection factor. It is a measure that shows how much protection is given by sunscreen against UVB (ultraviolet B) rays. Having an SPF below 15 indicates low protection. Medium protection lies between SPF values of 15 to 29. High protection is indicated when SPF lies between 30 to 49. Very high protection is indicated when SPF lies above 50.
