Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 23-year-old male. I have had sinus problems since birth. My nose gets blocked as the weather changes and remains so for a long time. I am allergic to dust. What food can I take to help my condition?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please follow these medications:

1. Anu thailam (Jivanti, Yashtimadhu, Hrivera) - Ayurvedic nasal drop, apply two drops in each nostril before bed and in the morning.

2. Nirgundi thailam (Nirgundi, Langali and Til tail) - Apply 10 drops on the scalp, and top of the head and rub with fingers. This should be done at 6.30 AM. Then take a bath after 7.30 AM in normal water.

3. Use dried turmeric stick - Take a dried turmeric stick. Show it on the fire in a candle. Once the turmeric stick gets burnt, then blow it to stop the fire. Now you can see the smoke coming off from the turmeric. Show this below your nose and take deep breath, so that the turmeric smoke should enter your nostrils.

4. Do Yoga - Start pranayama (breathing exercise) and yoga practice. These will give a permanent solution for your nasal block and sinusitis.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
