Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have two little red patches on my penis inner skin. This has started after some excess of masturbation with oil massage at the massage parlor. But, sex was not done. What is the reason?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

From looking at the picture you have attached (attachment removed to protect patient identity), I think this is a chemical balanoposthitis, because of irritation from the oil used (inflammation of glans penis). I would suggest you Clop G ointment (combination of Clobetasol and Gentamicin) on the red spots twice daily for one week. Also, I suggest tablet Lizomac 600 mg (Linezolid) twice daily for three days along with tablet Wysolone 20 mg (Prednisolone) once daily for three days. Do not use soap to clean that area, just plain warm water will do. Consult your doctor, discuss with him or her and take the medicine with consent.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
